Stressed or Burned Out
These past few weeks feeling ko burned out na ako, pero feeling ko lang pala yun. Stressed lang pala ako. So you might ask what's the difference between stress and burened out?
Most of us are under some amount of stress, positive or negative, at any given time. Indeed, positive stress can help a person be more productive and increase motivation. Burnout, on the other hand, is a gradual process whereby chronic stress leads to feelings of negativity and malaise and, ultimately, results in the loss of motivation and interest in work. (I love my work and the challenge that it brings to me.) A person suffering from burnout is likely to be chronically tired, feel physically and mentally run-down, have general aches and pains, have a profound dread of going to work, be mentally absent when at work, and appear to simply not care.(Thank God di pa nangyayari sa akin to. hahaha!) And, if that doesn't sound serious enough, the overwhelming feelings of despair and failure a burnout sufferer feels may lead to drug or alcohol abuse, a mental or physical breakdown, or even premature death.
Sana matuloy na as soon as possible yung lakad namin nila Poala. I was also planning to go back again in HK since lagi ko na syang napapanaginipan, kaso I'm saving my money for my Bali Indonesia November trip. Pag niswerte pwede pang Paris so that I can catch the last tennis match of my gorgeous future husband to be MARAT SAFIN. hahaha! (yeah dream on!). Basta, gusto kong mag out of town para mag unwind, uber stress na ako!!!! whahaha!

Milkshake day that ends with a disappointment
You can't really have it all. I was having a great day today but the lost of Ana Ivanovic to Serena Williams spoiled my day.
At 9am I was already awake and preparing this long day. Ofcourse, my mom wants me to stay at home during my restday but I told her that I will go to PLM to get my papers. Which is so true naman. And para mas ok, nagpambahay lang ako. hehehe! Then head to the mall to have a treat for my body(wax and a foot spa). Then head to my movie date with Ianne and Ralph at Eastwood. We watched Confessions of a Shopaholic. If gogo buddy was here, I know she will be the one that Im with, on this movie. We both love Sophie Kinsella's creation. Anyway, the movie is great. A lot of laughs. It was a combination of both Confession of a Shopaholic and Shopaholic takes Manhattan. That's why Im wondering at first, why the movie was shot in NY and not in UK. I have read the book ages ago and I can't remember most of it. Most of the names doesn't ring a bell at first and then I remember din. hahaha! I have spoiled to Ianne that Luke Brandon will be Becky's husband in the future and they will have a baby. I wonder if this movie will have a sequel...Shopaholic and Sister, Shopaholic ties the knot and the last one is Shopaholic and baby. It will be great I think to have a sequel.
After the movie date, here comes Milkshake time for Madz. The reason that I was on Eastwood is because of Madz. It's been a long time na din since nagkita kami. Sayang wala si Dots, I wonder where she was...she keeps on texting me at lunch time to txt her when Im on Eastwood na...Madz ang dami k
ong kagat ng lamok sa binti ko!!! whahaha! Tristan thanks for the coffee. 
Tennis Time: Dubai Quarter Final, I was happy that I was able to watch Ana's match live online. I can say that her match today is the best that I have seen ever since French Open. Nakakadisappoint lang sa second set kasi Ana was on the lead 4 games to 1 against Serena, but Rere is such a good player. She was able to win 5 straight games! Moster talaga! Serena was so scarry, if i was facing her, i'd drop my racket and run! hahaha! So chicken of me! having a full time coach really helped her, if she keeps playing like this, I think she can defend her Indian Wells title and the French Open title hopefully. Official time of the game 1Hr 24mins and 25 sec, probably Ana knows that I have to wake up early again that's why she ended the game at 2 sets. Yun nga lang talo! hahaha!

Back to business
Im so so SORRY if Im not myself these past few weeks. Some of you might know the story, some might not, but anyway IM BACK!
So let me just share the short story. Last January 31, I was home alone watching the AO ladies final. After that I went to my room to blog, then suddenly my dog went mad. I checked what's causing the commotion. Holy balls of fire!!! There's a fire in front of our house. First thing that I did was dial the fire fighter department and then Meralco since the fire was caused by our stupid neighbors jumpers. I was shocked and terrified at that time. I really need someone to talk to, someone to comfort and hug me. If only my gogo buddy is here....So there.. I was alone, making a soap opera, thankfully I have my dog who really comforted me. She stayed at my side all the time and licking my tears. And I have my TBFF and DianaC to chat at that time!
Feb.1 - AO men's finals. Fedal. When Roger lost I am already crying(yeah I know, adik lang). Then comes the awarding ceremony. When Roger cried, I cried more. Im so off limits at that time. No one can come near me. Sabi ko nga kay Poala bago pa mag finals, pag natalo ang Roger ko, nako, one week ako mababadtrip panigurado. And it turns out to be true.
Then the rest of the week seem to turn out bad. Won't elaborate more. I found out this article that helped me to overcome my AO trauma.

So there, I also took a rest in tennis world. I tried not to browse any tennis sites. No chat on my tennis chatmates. No tennis forum, etc. Kaso my TBFF is there to ask and update me about tennis. hahaha! And since my sis is really irritated on my attitude, she asked me to accompany her to MOA and do some foodtrip. A Haagen Dazs (Yummy Macadamia ice cream) did the trick! I was surprised to find out na gumagana pa din pala sya sa akin. hahaha!

I've got a new schedule and I have Thursday and Friday as my rest days!
I love having my RDs at weekdays since I got the chance to do more.
Me and my sister went to NBI, FEU and PLM to process some documents. And since my doctor advise me not to wear contact lenses for a VERY VERY long time(means months, years or forever) since I developed some eye complications, Im basically a blind person walking. Everything that Im seeing is blurry! I haven't got the chance to see my doctor again for the eyeglasses prescription.
Anyway back to the story, I was walking at the mall when suddenly a girl approach me and shouting my name "DIANNNAAA!!!", I just stood there frozen, she's just 3 steps away from me and said "What's my name?!" My sister is smiling because she knows that Im not good with names and she always bragged that she mostly remember the names of my friends/classmates/whatever than me. Of course I know the girl's name! Anne! how can I forget her! Like duh! At an instance she knows why I did not recognize her. She told me "you're not wearing your eyes right now!" I love it when people gets me. I don't need to explain. Plain and simple.
But most of you know that I really forgot names and most of the names just stay on my bird brain for a span of 2 years. Well 2 years is the maximum. hahaha! So when the time comes that we bumped to each other and you don't see me flexing my eyes(which means that I don't have my contact lenses) and just called you"ANO"(yeah my famous line ano), that can only mean that your name have expired on my brain. Yes, sad but true, just another name and just anoher face for me...Im really sorry....

Nadal vs Federer Final Trophy Presentation AO 2009
I was crying when my Roger lost, and when Roger cried, I cried a river. I really love tennis because it gives me all the emotion that a human can feel. I feel happy, excited, hopeful, sad, mad, etc when I watch it. I really hope that Roger can still depend his USO.
