Au Revoir?

It's hard to say goodbye especially to a friend that has been with you for almost 8 years. Hey, di na tayo naghiwalay eversince, kita mo naman sinundan kita, wish ko lang makapunta din ako sa London, kahit sandali lang para manood ng Wimbledon. hahaha! Seriously, Im a little bit sad since iiwan mo kami, but super happy for you since this will be a very big opportunity for you. Here's my to do list for you when you hit the city of London in no particular order:

1. Watch the changing of the Queen's Guard at Buckingham Palace gate.

3. Go to Westminster Abbey
4. Go to Trafalgar Square
5. Visit a Museum
6. Ride the London Eye
7. Go to Hyde Park and Kensington Park
8. Cruise the Thames River
9. Big Ben
10. Ride the tube(Underground)
11. Visit Stonehenge
12. Watch a Broadway show
13. Stop at Platform 9 3/4 in the Kings Cross station(ala Harry Potter) hahaha!
14. Go to Notting Hill( fave movie ko kasi) hahaha!
15. Last but not the least but the VERY IMPORTANT of all: GO TO WIMBLEDON AND WATCH TENNIS EVEN IF YOU DON'T LIKE TENNIS! Please do it for me! hahaha! take an authograph and pictures of the following tennis players:

I was impressed at the reception, in a very short time(as in very very short) my cousin was able to pull out a wedding like this. And a Z/Sablan party always rocks, it end with a blast. May fireworks pang nalalaman! hahaha!Seriously Bry, those fireworks, sana nagbar hopping na lang tau! hahaha! Only one thing lacks on the wedding reception...Open Bar! which I totally understand kasi halos lahat sa family natin may tama na sa liver. yes from now on im sticking to my LESS ALCOHOL thing and kung pwede NO TO ALCOHOL na din. hehe!

Friday 13th

First Half
Me and Poala went to Medical City for my eyes checkup. I really liked my doctor because he's so cool unlike my other eye doctors that always scare me what will my eyes become if I did not do their advise. Then we went back to her pad to have a short nap. Lunch time!!! This time we texted Max earlier so that he can join us for lunch. We're so happy that Max came to see us. So we have our lunch at Gambo. I like the Seafood Jambalaya there, good thing that tbff and poala like that dish too. Yes, my tbff was there also! Happy lunch time! Everytime that I ate at Gambo, we always said that there's someone else birthday so that they will sing to us the Gambo bday song. Sadly they didn't do it today.hahaha! Toro not your day daw eh.hahaha! Poala treat me and my tbff a Krispy Kreme doughnuts and iced drinks! Thanks bear!

Second Half
Eastwood. Happy to see old friends like Nikai and Jazi. Met with Madz, Ninay and Kura. Regine V is performing at the Eastwood Mall. Wala akong kaalam alam sa mga kinanta nyang songs except from the last part na I will survive. So there you have it, Im not a Regine fan. hahaha! Gutom na gutom na ako and we ended up eating at Zao. Vietnamese cuisine resto and my first time there. Not satisfied with the food. May incident pa na nairita ako. Took a cab and went home. Nakakaasar si manong taxi driver! Kung saan saan lumiliko! I told him the directions that I want, tpos kung saan saan pumupunta! I rarely loose my cool, but when I loose it, grabe lang. So I vent my anger and frustration kay taxi driver, ayun sorry ng sorry, traffic daw kasi dun sa gusto kong daanan, traffic my ass! I am paying the damned bill! arrrggghhh! Then the txt incident, the game just backfired on me. Hay wala na akong paki, the hell I care.

Watchmen

Me and my brother watched this movie at MOA believing that it will be shown in IMAX. Sad to say, it's not available in IMAX contrary to what the movie poster said. So we watched it in Directors Club. It was my first time watching a movie in DC, the ice tea suck. I prefer watching it in Gateway Globe Platinum Cinema. Anyway on to the movie...Watchmen, a movie adaptation based on the graphic novel of Alan Moore. I really liked the book, so I was expecting that the movie will be the same, but of course never expect since you'll end up in disappointment. The movie is somehow faithful with the novel, same sequences and same dialogues, but it still fails to deliver. I like the acting of Jackie Earle Haley, who plays as Rorschach. Good performance compare to the rest of the cast especially Malin Akerman(Laurie Jupiter) and Matthew Goode(Ozymandias) who I think never grasp of their characters. I think for some who doesn't read the book(like my brother), he seems to have a lot of questions regarding the movie, and that was expected since the movie was flawed right from the start. The ending is not that same compare to the book, Im not sure which ending I prefer since I don't like the ending of the book. hahaha! But then again I was entertained by this movie and I like the old school songs that they have used in the background. So the question is "Who will watch the Watchmen?"

Yesterday I decided to go to Medical City to have my eyes checked. Im really thankful na sumama sa akin si Poala sa Medcity, because I never go alone in a hospital. The doctor said that I have eyes infection and should have a bedrest for about a week! OMG, a week without pay!!! Im getting poorer everyday! hahaha! And then my tbff also confined in Medcity. dahil uber sakit ng stomach nya. Grabe putlang putla ang tbff ko! Hindi ako sanay na ganun sya, because she's so bubbly when we are chatting. Anyways both of us are sick like our fave tennis players. hahaha! DC week and I think I already missed the match. No one will update me who wins against whom, and same with you my tbff, sorry Im not watching, but when I catch a match Im sure I will keep you posted. Then after going to MedCity me and Poala bear ate at Gotti's! I told you bear, may Haagen Dazs sa megamall! Next time let's have some ice cream there together with tbff.
