I was waiting for my movies to be converted to MP4 format so that I can transfer it on my ipod when I decided to download and watch Forgrtting Sarah Marshall. The movie is fantastic. I can say its worth the wait for the download to complete. From the guys who brought you "The 40-Year-Old Virgin" and "Knocked Up" comes with another brilliant hit.

Peter Bretter writes/performs the musical score to a successful TV drama in which his girlfriend, Sarah Marshall performs as a lead character. One day Sarah decided to break up with Peter. In order to move on Peter went to Hawaii. Surprise, surprise, Sarah is also in Hawaii together with her new boyfriend. Together with the friendly crews in the hotel and the beautiful front desk named Rachel, Peter stands up and realizes that he doesn't love Sarah and he has moved on.

By the way the movie is R rated due to sexual nudity.

For Resale: Condo Unit at Cambridge Village

Im posting this for my friend. He's selling his condo unit.

Hello! I am reselling my condo unit at Cambridge Village.

It's a 34 square meter, flat-type unit that can be converted into one bedroom or two bedrooms. It's an end unit on the 2nd floor of cluster 11.

It will be ready for turn over by January 2009.

No big downpayment, you just need to pay, Php 31,500. That is for the reservation and monthly amortization that I have already paid for. You just need to continue the monthly amortization payment.

It is currently on the 15 Years to Pay payment scheme but you can go ahead and pay the full unit price if you wish (total contract price: 900.000.00), or just continue where I left off. Monthly amortization is Php7,750.15 for the first year then 10,180.65 for the second year, and 12,799.88 for the 3rd-15th year plus 21,458.88 for 7 years.

NOTE: Updated price for the unit is PHP975,000 so you'll already save PHP75,000. Also, please be informed that you'll only be able to occupy the unit when you have paid atleast 30% of the total contract price.

Fraud Fraud Fraud die die die!!!!!!!!!

I was buying something in a mall when they denied my card.They said I was beyond my credit limit. I was surprised because I have no debt at this time and my credit limit is somehow high. I immediately called Metrobank and ask them what the hell is that! I have found out that there was a transactions made on Cebu Pacific last May 24 and une 4 both are 36K!!! I was shocked when I found that because I dont know anything about it!!!!

I told the customer service that I did not made that transcations and they said that I have to made a letter of dispute. So I made one and I ask them what will happen. They said that I was to pay those transactions if they found out that it is valid. I ask them how will they know if it is valid or invalid and they just said that they will  made an investigation. What the hell was that!!! What if they did not prove that it is a fraud, I will pay them for the thing that I did not do.

I want to know kung sino tong gagong gumawa sa akin nito. I want them to die!!!! Die die die!!! Sorry for the words. Im just venting my anger. D ko alam talaga kung ano gagawin ko, what my options are...etc. I just want this to be over and let the truth prevail. hahaha! demonyo talaga gumawa sa kin nito!!!!!!! shet shet yan!!!!!!

"The Chronicles Of Narnia: Prince Caspian" was the second book published of the seven books in the series. It is numbered Book 4 in recent editions because it is the fourth chronologically. It takes place about 1,300 years after the events of "The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe," which was the first published book (second in order chronologically--only "The Magician's Nephew" takes place earlier.) In London, only one year passes between the events of "The Lion" and "Prince Caspian," so the timing of the film had to be brought forward so the actors were not too old.

The movie is great and it makes me want to watch again the first installment which is Lion and the Witch and the Wardrobe.
