Hello! I am reselling my condo unit at Cambridge Village.
It's a 34 square meter, flat-type unit that can be converted into one bedroom or two bedrooms. It's an end unit on the 2nd floor of cluster 11.
It will be ready for turn over by January 2009.
No big downpayment, you just need to pay, Php 31,500. That is for the reservation and monthly amortization that I have already paid for. You just need to continue the monthly amortization payment.
It is currently on the 15 Years to Pay payment scheme but you can go ahead and pay the full unit price if you wish (total contract price: 900.000.00), or just continue where I left off. Monthly amortization is Php7,750.15 for the first year then 10,180.65 for the second year, and 12,799.88 for the 3rd-15th year plus 21,458.88 for 7 years.
NOTE: Updated price for the unit is PHP975,000 so you'll already save PHP75,000. Also, please be informed that you'll only be able to occupy the unit when you have paid atleast 30% of the total contract price.
