The Cebu Pacific Refund

Just want to track how long will my refund for the Cebu Pacific online transaction will take.

I booked a round trip flight from Manila-Caticlan-Manila for 4 persons amounting 19,7172.00 PHP.

September 10, 2008

Canceled the bookings for 2 persons. I called their call center hotline and ask for a refund. The agent process the refund and he said that a 1,504PHP will be charged to me as a refund fee. I agree to that amount since I have no choice. He said that they will return an amount of 8,312.00 PHP to my credit card within 60 working days(let's cross our fingers and hope that it will only take 60 days). I asked for a transcation number for the refund and the agent gave this to me W3MQTI.

And the waiting starts....
