Seibel! OMG! I'm surprised that I got this ticket today. Parang Trend Micro lang. hahaha! I used to hate this application before kasi lagi syang naghahang especially during 6pm. Anyway, I can't access the PC since its not in our domain, so I assign the ticket to a local IT. Sayang I want to learn that application pa naman and the problem seems to be easy. hehehe!
